A long way from his native Jerusalem via Los Angeles, Menachem ("Petool") Furmanski is a self-taught artist specializing in portraits and digital art.

 

Currently living in vibrant New York City, Menachem's intricate pen and ink style is flavored by his unique viewpoint and varied cultural influences, bringing his subjects to richly detailed life.

 

He graciously appreciates that his hobby is also his job, an outlet for a strong creative drive since a very young age. Beginning with cars and buses, then encompassing entire streets and neighborhoods filtered through his vivid imagination and sharp eye for life-like, exacting detail.
